The title novella of this book, Kayal, is fairly dreadful. If you like overwrought purple prose and a surplus of adverbs, then you'll like this story. Other grammatical errors occur, including subject-verb disagreements, wandering apostrophes, and malapropisms. The following stories included within the book do not improve. I often enjoy alien romances, but the differences between human and other need to be greater than skin color. After all, in realistic terms, a human has a better chance of procreation with a cabbage than with an alien, so a greater distinction between life forms would better suspend disbelief.Product details

Fast paced space adventure that leads to aliens abducting Kiley, an earthling, to be a slave wife. Kayal, a rebel against the government, rescues her. Fighting to save earth from invasion he plans to take her home. But the feelings they feel are undeniably. Their passion is unquenchable but will he take her home and does she even want to. Make sure and get this book to find out.
Kayal is in a rebel force against his home planets government. Kiley is a human kidnapped from Earth by one of the people from Kayal's planet. He recuses her and things start from there. That is the only tidbit you are getting you have to read the book. I really enjoyed it hope there are lots more in this series. I received an ARC copy of this book at no cost from the author for my honest voluntary review.
Kiley is off the grid trying to find herself when she is abducted by aliens. The situation is not good, but seems to taken another turn when she is rescued by yet another alien, Kayal. He is part of the resistance to the order that human women are just objects to possess. On the return trip to Earth, Kiley and Kayal get to know each other better and Kiley starts to consider she may not want to leave his side. Would they be able to make this work, or will they be torn apart when her kidnapper makes a reappearance?
Kayal is perhaps an idealistic hero. When his government, leaders, and the wealthy implement plans not everyone on their world agrees with, Kayal and other rebels form a blockade trying to protect other planets from those whose actions they are confident their world will come to regret. Kayal is an easy hero to fall in love with!
Kiley's life is at a cross roads... and then things take an unexpected turn... and that's before she meets the idealistic hero and finds herself face to face with a lot to think about.
If you like multiple short stories in a book then you may be happy with this but basically it's a short story that took up about a fifth of the pages with other stories included afterwards. I happen to prefer a longer story than a series of short stories and had I know that was what this was I would not have downloaded it. I see the fact that this was a series of short stories is not included in the description.
The book commences with a bang, plunging the reader into the thick of things, setting a quick pace for this fast read. As a member of the resistance Kayal finds himself at odds, with the King (and others) from his home world Eldan 9. Kiley oblivious to the existence of aliens, finds herself in the untenable circumstance of being kidnapped by a sadistic alien who enslaves her. Fortunately she is rescued by Kayal, during time together their attraction for one another develops. They book has action, adventure, and a satisfying HEA.
Read along to enjoy the tale between the sexy blue Kayal and the spirited Kiley.
Kayal is an honorable warrior and disagrees with the tenets of his king and planet. He and many of his friends are the resistance to their planets shady dealings with other alien species. In one battle he loses his friend and seeks the killer, Serjius. He finds him after Serjius has kidnapped an earth female. This alien species seems able to keep their victims complacent by some form of drug that keeps them happy/feeling content. Kayal rescues Kiley and takes her back to his ship. There begins the biggest adventure of Kiley's life as she learns that the cosmos are much much bigger than her and earth. And love can transcend even the cosmos.
